First of all, I pour all the seeds into a bowl. Then it’s time to give them some flavor. I season generously with salt, pepper and oil, and then I add the water, making sure to stir everything together really well. Now the fibers in the seeds have to work their magic! I let the mixture sit for about 15 minutes. This step is crucial, as it ensures that the biscuits keep their shape and become as crispy as we want.

Once the dough has risen, I spread it evenly and thinly on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. I like to drizzle a little extra oil over the surface to promote crispness and a golden color. Now they go into the oven, which I have preheated to 200 °C, where they will bake for about 20 minutes.
